Financial Controller

Salary up to S$13000 per month Work location: West 5-day work week Our client, a US MNC, global leader in precision engineering solutions is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Financial Controller. This role oversees the finance and accounting operations of the sales divisions in Singapore, Vietnam and Philippines as well as the financial and statutory requirements of the group’s Singapore legal entity. Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, local regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Partner with management to provide financial guidance and support business operations. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial accounts, reports, and accounting functions. Lead annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure proper costing, revenue recognition, and compliance with US GAAP. Supervise and develop the accounting team. Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships. Coordinate statutory audits and oversee local and US tax reporting in collaboration with external auditors and tax agents. Requirements: Bachelor in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant or ACCA. Possess at least 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years working in or for a Singapore incorporated entity. Possess working experience in US or international MNC with either industrial or manufacturing activities Experience and good working knowledge of ERP system (knowledge of JDE will be an added advantage), full spectrum of accounting functions, local accounting standards and knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Familiar with Income Tax and GST Interested and qualified applicants, please email your resume in MS Word format to denise.tan@celecti.com.sg.
