Salary: Up to S$5,000(commensurate with experience) 5 Day Work Week: Monday –Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm | Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm Location: Central Employment Type: 1-Year Contract A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Executive (1 Year Contract) to support its recruitment function. Job Responsibilities: Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and job platforms Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements Conduct resume screening and candidate assessments based on job requirements and competencies Perform phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability, motivation and organisational fit Engage candidates for open positions and future opportunities Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases Job Requirements: Min. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines Min. 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search or candidate sourcing Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and online recruitment platforms Looking for a change or a new challenge?
