The Healthcare Application System team plays a vital role in developing and maintaining healthcare application systems that serve the needs of 4 million Singaporeans. As a Java developer intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute significantly to addressing the healthcare requirements of Singaporeans. In this role, you will: • Utilise test automation tools to create and maintain automated test scripts and participate in the continuous improvement of the test automation framework. • Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance the functionality and performance of the healthcare application systems and collaborate with the team to integrate AI capabilities where applicable. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Contribute to the iterative development process by delivering incremental value and embracing Agile principles. We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Demonstrates a keen interest in technology and a strong aspiration to gain practical experience in application development. • Has Java programming skills and is eager to learn more. • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Exhibits a strong attention to detail and the capability to maintain precise records. • Embraces a collaborative mindset and demonstrates effectiveness in team-based work. • Shows a willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keenness to tackle new challenges. Position is on a full-time internship basis from July 2026 - December 2026.
