As an Investigation Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations into various incidents or violations. In this role, you will: • Conduct audits on employers to ensure compliance. • Investigate non-compliance issues promptly and thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions. • Enforce compliance with employee contribution requirements and recover any outstanding payments from employers. • Travel to different places of employment to conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of compliance issues. • Handle voluntary self-rectification processes, assisting employers in rectifying compliance issues. • Manage and respond to whistleblower reports including investigating allegations of wrongdoing. • Maintain accurate records of investigations, audits, and enforcement actions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. • Relevant experience in conducting audits, investigations, or enforcement activities. • Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop effective solutions. • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. • Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering, documenting, and analysing evidence. • Willingness to travel to different locations as needed for investigations and audits. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
