Environmental Control Officer

Job Description: Performance duties as an Environmental Control Officer for construction site. Conduct regular inspection to ensure compliance with environmental health and hygiene standards. Liaise with consultant and relevant authorities such as NEA, MOM & PUB. Monitor housekeeping, waste management, pest control, sanitation practices. Manage and control usage of Hazardous substance. Organise and conduct environmental health awareness and training for the workforce. Maintain records of inspections and other compliance documents, compiling data for monthly submission by management. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Must be a registered ECO with NEA. Willing to work in Tuas Area. Minimum 2-3years of relevant working experience in a construction firm. Good knowledge and familiar with the local requirements & regulations. Strong observation, problem solving and organisational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in conducting inspections, audits and staff training.
