Quantity Surveyor (Mrt Project)

Job Description: Prepare cost estimates for pre-qualification of Subcontractors Quantity Taking off for MRT project, especially Reinforced Concrete work Prepare documents for inviting quotations, prepare comparison and tender report Evaluate and prepare Subcontract progress payments, including on-site valuation Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations and final accounts Maintain and update Contract Documents, Drawings and records Requirements: A bachelor's degree or Diploma in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering or a related field Min 3 years of experience in MRT Projects with main contractor Familiarity in Singapore Method of Measurement and Authority requirements A more experienced candidate will be considered for a Senior position With LTA experience would be an added advantage, preferred with relevant work experience The ability to work collaboratively with others as a team or independently, manage multiple tasks and tight schedules Must be willing to work at project site office Site office is located in the East of Singapore
