Sales & Marketing Executive

Company : Champion Engineering & Services Location : Jalan Besar, Singapore (Office located nearby MRT station - Walking Distance) Job Type : Full-time “Champion Engineering & Services” is seeking an experienced as a Sales Marketer to join our growing team and develop and execute marketing strategies to boost our customer engagement and increase sales. You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience working in a marketing-related role. Salary Range : SGD 3,500 to SGD 4000 Key Responsibilities 1. Identify potential customers, arrange customer meetings, develop proposals, conduct follow-ups, and engage in negotiations with clients. 2. Promoting the existing app to the clients. 3. Create content on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels to drive brand recall, awareness, loyalty, and engagement outcomes. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts and update website. 5. Develop content in written formats as well as other formats such as videos, targeted at the desired audience segment to improve SEO. 6. Execute targeted email campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth. 7. Achieve monthly targets and performance metrics. 8. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Experience & Skills Requirements 1. Degree holder or higher qualification preferred. 2. Competency in IT systems, basic knowledge of design software, e.g Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro or After Effects would be an advantage. 3. At least 3 years of experience in Digital marketing or any similar marketing area. 4. Expertise in analytical tools, such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. 5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 6. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. 7. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis. 8. Excellent both verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
