Assistant Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the day-to-day floor operations. Supervise and support floor staff to ensure excellent customer service. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the premises. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees. Support scheduling and manpower planning when required. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment or inventory checks. Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management. Assist the Floor Manager with achieving operational and business goals. Act as the Floor Manager in their absence. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. At least 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Good leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts when required.
