Job Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through referrals, business directories, and cold-calling efforts. Follow up on leads obtained from colleagues or other departments within the organization. Maintain regular communication with current clients through calls or visits to ensure their continued satisfaction and to introduce newly available products or services. Work to ensure strong customer satisfaction, promote client retention, and support ongoing sales performance.
