IT Assistant

Job Description: 1. Provide first-level onsite or remote IT support for hardware, software, network, and application-related Issues. 2. Support site offices with IT-related matters, including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment. 3. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, repair, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment and services. 4. Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, accountability, and resource availability. 5. Manage user accounts, including user onboarding/offboarding, creation, modification, deletion, access permissions, and backup of critical data (e.g., DingTalk, file servers and VPN access). 6. Monitor security systems to detect unauthorized access and respond appropriately to threats. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma / Certificate in Computer Tech or IT related discipline 2. Knowledge of computer (both laptop and desktop) including IT helpdesk support 3. Basic knowledge of windows Server and networking, tcp/ip, etc. 4. Able to work independently and minimal supervision (investigative/research to resolve problem, etc.)
