E-Commerce & Operations Executive (Sme)

Job Summary You will take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations, delivering excellent customer experiences while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability in a growing SME. Responsibilities Manage online stores and marketplaces to maintain smooth e-commerce operations Handle returns, warranty claims, and after-sales support to resolve customer issues efficiently Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, to enhance sales performance Monitor inventory levels and ensure product information accuracy across platforms Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone to provide professional support Resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention Schedule and coordinate deliveries and installation appointments for customers Liaise with customers, installers, and logistics partners to ensure timely project completion Take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment Learn and adapt to new software and AI technologies to support business growth Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interaction and issue resolution Customer service skills applied to provide excellent before- and after-sales support Ability to multitask and stay organized in managing diverse responsibilities Willingness to learn and apply new software and AI tools to improve business processes
