E-Commerce Assistant

Job Description E-Commerce Fulfillment Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining excellent packaging and presentation standards. Generate invoices and coordinate courier collections and deliveries to ensure timely order fulfillment. Product Listings & Inventory Management Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment. Maintain organised inventory records and ensure stock accuracy. Administrative & Customer Support Assist with stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, and routine inventory checks. Provide administrative support for daily e-commerce operations. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via website live chat, e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, and social media channels. Requirements Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Well-organised with strong time management and coordination skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
