Job Summary Join CHOCOELF as a Retail Café Executive or Senior Retail Café Executive to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales of chocolates and gifts, and support daily café operations in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming café atmosphere Recommend chocolates, gifts, and café items confidently to increase sales Operate cashier systems accurately and efficiently during daily café transactions Prepare and serve drinks while maintaining product displays to attract customers Offer product samples to customers to encourage purchases and enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and stock discipline to uphold café hygiene and operational standards Follow company SOPs and collaborate professionally with team members to ensure smooth café operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in retail, café, F&B, hospitality, or gift sales to support customer service and sales goals Ability to work weekends and public holidays on a fair roster to meet operational needs Good spoken English to communicate effectively with customers and team members Warm, reliable, customer-focused attitude to enhance customer satisfaction Mature attitude and willingness to learn for continuous personal and professional growth Other Information Working Arrangement 5-day work week with 2 days off per week Weekend work required on a fair roster Guaranteed 1 full weekend off per month Salary and Benefits Starting salary from S$3,000, depending on experience Monthly performance incentives to reward contributions Staff discount and product training provided Career progression based on performance, attitude, and leadership demonstrated on the job
