Job Location : Central Industry :Legal Main Tasks: Manage trademark publications, registration certificates, and renewal processes, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and updated Maintain and monitor trademark files and databases (e.g., GIPM, iManage, Symphony), including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups on publications and registrations. Handle trademark file opening and closing procedures in accordance with internal protocols and systems. Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time. Ability to adapt and use new systems, including document management, IP management and AI systems Prerequisites GCE 'O' Levels with credit in English/ Diploma in law and/or equivalent. Basic knowledge of IPOS and procedures would be advantageous. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit. Contributes to the effective functioning of the team.
