Job Description Summary Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Sales job family. Responsible for managing a book of business for mid-size, existing accounts. Reviews and sells new business to existing accounts but may also have a smaller amount of sales to new business. Resolves less complex customer issues. Identifies improvements to prevent issues from re-occurring. Educates clients on plan design and renewal options. Completes day-to-day Account Management tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC). In International Markets, relative account size differs by market. Job Description Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results: Key contact to intermediaries and large clients for defined experience rated book of business. Engage and build strong relationships with intermediaries and/or clients. Pro-actively manage and successfully negotiate profitable renewal retention of defined experience-rated and portfolio-rated book of business. Provide consistent and quality support intermediaries and/or clients by answering queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve services issues promptly. Lead employee communication meetings (English) as required by intermediaries and clients. Prepare customized claims analytical reports for large experience-rated clients. Organize and plan process trainings for key brokers as needed Identify areas of process improvement and collaborate with respective stakeholder functions in executing changes. Manage ad-hoc assignments as required. Liaise with internal departments, e.g., underwriting, claims teams, marketing, in line with established procedures to ensure optimum service to client. Support the Head of Client Management in partnering and/or leading projects to identify, build and execute areas of process improvement Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements: University education required Great communication skill 3 or more years of experience Sales/Account Management experience in Group Health Insurance and in Insurer/Broker roles preferred.
