Job Responsibilities: 1. ESG Ratings & Rankings Support data collection, validation, and submission for leading ESG benchmarks such as S&P Dow Jones. Sustainability Indices, Sustainalytics, GRESB, CDP, and Corporate Knights Global 100. Assist in gap analysis and benchmarking against industry peers. Maintain documentation and audit trails, if any, for submissions. 2. Sustainability Reporting Assist in the preparation of CDL’s annual sustainability report and other disclosures Support data consolidation and verification in alignment with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and ISSB Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather ESG-related information 3. Sustainable Finance Support managing of green financing instruments (e.g., sustainability-linked loans). Assist in preparing materials for investors and financial institutions. Conduct research on sustainable finance trends and frameworks. 4. Media & Communications Draft content for sustainability-related press releases, speeches, and social media. Support the development of thought leadership materials and campaign messaging. Monitor media coverage and ESG trends relevant to CDL. 5. ESG Data & Platform Management Support the management and maintenance of ESG data platforms and internal dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems. Assist in digitalisation and process improvement initiatives for ESG data management. 6. Research & Special Projects Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices. Support ad-hoc projects, partnerships, and internal initiatives led by the Sustainability team. 7. General Administrative and Project Support Assist with financial and administrative work related to sustainability projects. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing notes for the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). Represent CDL at external conferences and sustainability-related events where required. Job Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or any other related field. Strong interest in ESG, sustainability reporting, and corporate responsibility. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Organised, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
