TCM Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities Provide professional TCM therapeutic massage services, including Tui Na and meridian massage. Assess clients' conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on their needs. Perform TCM-related therapies such as acupressure, cupping, and Gua Sha, where qualified and within the scope of practice. Educate clients on general wellness and self-care practices related to TCM treatments. Maintain accurate treatment records and document services provided. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, safe, and hygienic. Comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies. Participate in training and professional development activities. Deliver professional and courteous customer service. Requirements Certificate or equivalent qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Massage, Tui Na, or a related field. Knowledge of TCM therapeutic massage techniques, including meridian massage and acupressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to perform the physical duties of the role, including providing massage treatments for extended periods. Able to maintain a high standard of professionalism, hygiene, and client care. Able to work according to operational schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts where required.
