About this role
This is a front-facing role dedicated to supporting public agencies that subscribe to LEARN, a digital learning platform for competency-driven growth of public officers. As a key member of the Partnership team within the Institute of Learning Technology (ILT), you will handle business enquiries, anticipate agencies’ needs, and assist with onboarding and outreach activities. You will play a dual role: operationalising current requests, while supporting broader business development initiatives to expand LEARN’s reach and usage. • Managing engagements with agencies subscribing to LEARN’s digital learning. • Coordinate content-hosting projects with cross-functioning teams. • Develop communication materials for LEARN-related events and webinars. • Maintain subscription and billing records for efficient tracking and reference. A motivated individual who demonstrates strong partnership-building and stakeholder management skills, combined with an analytical mindset, and a keen attention to detail. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, be action-focused, and be able to work under tight deadlines towards delivering desired outcomes. Key competencies required • Technical Skills: Proficient in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and building key formulas. Ability to pick up administrative roles within the LEARN system is key to understanding and delivering solutions. Knowledge of Excel VBA is an advantage. • Service Delivery: Able to interpret enquiries and issues accurately to communicate the relevant information and solutions. • Outreach and Engagement: Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. • Serving with Heart, Commitment and Purpose, Improving and Innovating Continuously: Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and resourceful in supporting team and department goals.
