Job Summary Lead boutique operations in Kuala Lumpur for an international luxury brand by driving sales, managing inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive boutique financial performance Manage inventory proactively to optimize sales and maintain appropriate stock levels Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales performance and reduce losses Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent service excellence and customer loyalty Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding results Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and development of boutique staff Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards Maintain boutique operational standards including housekeeping, maintenance, and overall store condition Communicate business updates effectively with headquarters to align boutique activities with company objectives Other Information Interested applicants should submit a detailed resume to admin@clarist.com.sg We thank all applicants for writing in.
