ERP Systems Analyst - Town/Mnc/S$7000

A leading premium lifestyle brand is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support its regional ERP transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role will be instrumental in driving ERP migration projects, enhancing business processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives while partnering closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Support ERP migration and transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, troubleshooting system issues and managing enhancements. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions. Support ERP integrations, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides. Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation. Support reporting, analytics, and data-driven initiatives to improve business performance. Participate in future ERP and digital transformation projects across the region. Key Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, migration, or support environments. Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms. Strong understanding of Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Inventory processes. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise applications. Exposure to SAP, SQL, ERP reporting, or business analytics will be advantageous.
