About this role

J ob Description Conceptualise, design, and oversee the implementation of Arts Development programmes that broaden participation and support the progressive artistic, social, and vocational development of beneficiaries. Plan and lead the delivery of Dreamseeds Performing Arts Concerts and Visual Arts Exhibitions as public platforms to champion the creative aspirations of our young artists, raise public awareness of their talents, and promote inclusive arts engagement. Develop and implement the Creative Care Plan, integrating evidence-based practices to enhance the holistic well-being of children and youths through visual and performing arts, including the creative use of music, movements, and/or artworks. Oversee and manage artist development pathways across supported employment and youth leadership tracks, enabling youths to build portfolios of work for sales and adaptation, as well as develop facilitation, co-leadership, and mentoring capabilities to nurture younger artists. Collaborate closely with the Enterprise & Community Engagement team to drive: - Marketing, sponsorship, advocacy, and partnership initiatives through arts exhibitions and performances; - The development of artist collectives and the adaptation of artworks for Club Rainbow merchandise, commissioned artworks, and the sale of original artworks and prints; - Co-management of the Club Rainbow Honorarium Framework to ensure fair, transparent, and sustainable artist remuneration. Establish and nurture partnerships with community organisations, arts practitioners, and external stakeholders to bring in domain expertise and expand programme impact Monitor, evaluate, and review programme effectiveness, using data and feedback to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Lead, manage, and develop the Arts Development team, providing supervision, guidance, and professional development support. Compile, maintain, and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics, reports, and impact updates. Undertake other projects and duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Executive Director, in support of organisational priorities. Requirements Bachelor Degree Experience in the arts sector and arts-related work in public arts events and programmes is preferred Strong inter-personal skills with an interest in relationship building Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Time management skills and ability to work under pressure Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective oral and written communication skills 1 to 3 years in a supervisory position with experience in managing people will be an advantage Other information Hybrid work arrangement. 21 days Annual Leave.
