Job Summary Manage and deliver tailored marketing and media solutions for clients by leading campaigns and events, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects meet budget and timeline goals while fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Develop and deliver marketing and media solutions such as events, in-store promotions, social media, partnerships, and artwork tailored to client marketing and communication needs Create and execute detailed work plans for publicity, marketing campaigns, and events to achieve client objectives Collaborate with internal and external teams to review project progress, manage budgets, and meet timelines while maintaining respectful and efficient workflows Apply company standards by consistently delivering timely, value-adding solutions and continuously upgrading knowledge with a proactive, can-do attitude Communicate effectively with clients and anticipate their needs to enhance customer satisfaction Analyze marketing data and campaign results to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes Identify and resolve problems independently by making sound judgments to maintain project quality and client trust Organize and manage time efficiently to handle multiple projects and deadlines successfully Learn and utilize customer service programs and databases quickly to support marketing activities Apply innovative and creative thinking to deliver cutting-edge client experiences Work independently with reliability and self-motivation to meet project goals Maintain a strong customer orientation to ensure client needs are prioritized and met
