Marine Operations Executive/Assistant

COENS Energy is proud to partner with a leading Singapore-based maritime owner and operator who is actively expanding their shore-based operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for local maritime professionals seeking long-term stability, broad exposure across vessel compliance and vetting, and a collaborative work environment with an established industry leader. Key Responsibilities - Maintain marine safety databases, vessel records, and regulatory compliance (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, HSEQ). - Support coordination and tracking for third-party, terminal, and internal vessel inspections. - Archive voyage records, technical circulars, and manage department invoices/expenses. - Coordinate travel/vessel attendance and track operational incidents and performance KPIs. Requirements . Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in marine operations or vessel compliance support (relevant maritime graduates are welcome to apply). Familiarity with Singapore port clearance systems (MPA, Marinet, ICA) is an advantage. Willingness to board vessels in port occasionally as required.
