Supply Chain Planning (O9 Solutions)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead – Supply Chain Planning (o9 Solutions) to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise supply chain planning solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform. Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable planning capabilities and drive digital transformation. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions using the o9 platform to enable scalable enterprise planning capabilities. Develop and deliver end-to-end planning solutions covering Supply Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Planning, Procurement Planning, Shipment Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Single-Echelon Inventory Optimization (SEIO). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable, effective planning solutions aligned with business goals. Define solution architecture, planning models, and configuration standards within the o9 platform to ensure consistency and scalability. Drive integration of o9 solutions with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and cloud-based data platforms to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Provide functional and technical guidance on supply chain planning processes, solution capabilities, and industry best practices to internal teams and stakeholders. Support programme governance activities including planning, risk management, issue resolution, testing, and deployment to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and business transformation opportunities. Support post-implementation operations and continuous enhancement of planning solutions to maintain performance and adapt to evolving business needs. Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes. Utilize project and service management tools such as JIRA, JSM, and ServiceNow to coordinate delivery and operational support activities. Required competencies and certifications Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience implementing and configuring o9 Solutions for enterprise supply chain planning processes. Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, Procurement Planning, Shipment Planning, and S&OP processes. Experience leading supply chain planning or digital transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technology teams, and external stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills applied in supply chain planning contexts. Ability to lead project workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience delivering multiple end-to-end o9 implementation projects. Professional certification in o9 Solutions or related supply chain planning technologies. Experience supporting customer success, application support, or managed services for o9 platforms. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or related sectors. Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, and enterprise integration technologies. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
