Senior Delivery Manager (Software Delivery)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead software delivery projects and work closely with business, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end software delivery across the full project lifecycle Work closely with project, business, and technical teams to align priorities and timelines Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate with engineering teams to remove blockers and support smooth delivery Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives Provide clear updates on delivery progress, risks, and key decisions Support release planning, governance, operational readiness, and post go-live activities Coordinate with multiple teams or vendors where required Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in software delivery, project delivery, programme management, Agile delivery, or product delivery management Experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software delivery lifecycle Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work closely with technical teams and understand delivery blockers Experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance Experience in large-scale, enterprise, or mission-critical projects will be an advantage PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, CITPM, or related certification will be an advantage Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools will be an advantage
