Integration Lead / Track Lead – IT/Ot

Role Overview: We are looking for an Integration Lead / Track Lead with hands-on experience across IT and OT to support a large-scale Master System Integration project . In this role, you will lead the integration of urban systems, edge devices, sensor platforms, AI applications, command centres, digital twins and enterprise platforms. You will also work closely with internal teams, customers, vendors and partners to ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities Lead IT/OT integration tracks within a large-scale system integration project. Work closely with customers, vendors, partners and internal technical teams. Review project deliverables, technical documents, solution designs and test plans. Provide technical guidance to engineers, vendors and implementation partners. Ensure operational data is available and usable for analytics and use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, traffic optimization, energy optimization, public safety insights, environmental intelligence and smart facility automation. Requirements Hands-on experience with Java, HTML, REST API, OPC UA/DA, Modbus/Profinet, MQTT, Kafka, TCP/IP, Kubernetes/Containers, Azure Cloud and SQL . Experience in IT/OT integration, system integration or related technical environments. Relevant OT exposure such as SCADA/PLC, Building Management System, Traffic Control System, Video Management System, IoT platforms, edge controllers or LoRaWAN . Relevant IT exposure in on-premises, cloud or hybrid environments, database design, AI/ML systems, cybersecurity, system hardening or VAPT routines . Good communication skills and comfortable managing technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
