Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze,and document explicit business requirements, translating organizational goals into actionable project scopes. Portfolio & Financial Tracking: Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and manage vendor payments or capitalization reports. PMO Governance & Standards: Support the establishment of PMO frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project toolkits. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project performance data to build management dashboards, identify risks, and recommend mitigations. Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of communication between technical teams, project managers, and executive stakeholders. Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements within the PMO office. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 8 years in project management, PMO, or business analysis roles, managing all performance dashboards and generating reports for submission to the project team. At least 5 years of relevant experience on rapiddigital transformation within the BFSI sector. Experience using process mapping tools to document workflows and identify gaps. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivottables, vlookups) and presentation tools (PowerPoint); familiarity with Project Management software (Jira, MS Project). Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting toolslike Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
