The Partner Specialist is responsible for enabling the sales process for AI products and services by supporting and managing relationships with channel partners. This role focuses on onboarding, activating, and empowering partners to successfully position and sell solutions while ensuring a seamless partner experience. Key Responsibilities: Guide newly signed partners through onboarding, ensuring they understand tools, processes, systems, and available resources. Drive partner activation by supporting partners through their initial transactions and helping reduce time-to-first deal. Educate partners on sales materials, pricing structures, use cases, and partner programs. Provide guidance on positioning solutions to customers and direct partners to appropriate technical resources when required. Serve as the primary point of contact during the early stages of partner engagement. Respond to partner inquiries related to onboarding, sales processes, and system navigation. Proactively identify and resolve onboarding or activation challenges, escalating issues when necessary. Manage partner engagement through onboarding sessions, follow-ups, and regular check-ins. Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Management, and technical teams to ensure a smooth partner journey. Facilitate the transition of activated partners to long-term account or partner management teams. Track onboarding progress, activation milestones, and partner performance through CRM systems. Maintain accurate partner data and contribute to improving onboarding processes and program scalability. Native-level fluency in Korean language is required to support and engage partners/customers across the South Korea market, while collaborating with stakeholders across ASEAN. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Support, Sales Enablement, Account Management, or similar partner-facing roles. Experience within SaaS, AI, technology, or platform-based environments is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Customer and partner-focused mindset with a passion for driving partner success. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, partner tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
