Role Summary The Customer Acquisition role is responsible for converting high-intent inbound interest into new Business and Enterprise customers. This role blends structured qualification, solution-based consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management. You will engage prospects who are evaluating AI solutions, uncover business needs, and guide them through a streamlined and value-driven sales cycle. Success in this role requires strong discovery skills, the ability to articulate clear business value, and consistent performance across activity, conversion, and revenue targets. You will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects exploring how AI can transform their workflows, while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from first interaction to close. 1. Key Responsibilities Pipeline & Customer Engagement Respond to inbound leads with timely, high-quality outreach across calls, email, and digital channels. Conduct structured discovery to identify customer use cases, technical needs, and decision criteria. Guide prospects through a clear sales cycle that includes qualification, value articulation, product guidance, objection handling, and closing. Sales Execution & Performance Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signature, ensuring a high-conversion customer journey. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including activity targets, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment. Maintain crisp, accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce. Collaboration & Customer Experience Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive insights, and product opportunities to internal teams. Uphold a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-centric communication. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness Stay up to date on the product functionality, new feature releases, and real-world use cases. Understand AI/ML market trends and competitive dynamics to position the product effectively during customer conversations. Stay flexible and able to be agile in an ever changing landscape Ad hoc tasks given 2. You Have At least 3 years of inside sales or closing experience in SaaS preferably in a high-velocity or SMB sales environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build credibility quickly. Skilled in consultative selling and discovery frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC…). Comfortable running structured sales calls, handling objections, and proposing tailored solutions. Proficiency in both English and Korean is required for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders, conducting sales discussions, negotiations, and business communications in Korean, and handling market-specific requirements for clients based in South Korea. Tools & Operating Rigor Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs. Strong commitment to pipeline accuracy and data hygiene. Familiarity with sales engagement tools and workflows (e.g., call cadences, email sequencing) Mindset & Behaviors Highly motivated, competitive, and performance-driven. Organized and reliable in managing multiple prospects and follow-up cycles. Customer-obsessed, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to a rapidly evolving AI business.
