Salary: Basic monthly salary of up to SGD 3,500 Your Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices and coordinate verification Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies Handle vendor inquiries professionally Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices based on contracts Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records Prepare monthly AR reports and send Statements of Accounts Office Admin & Regulatory Support: Manage office supplies and documentation Support daily operations and internal logistics Coordinate courier services and vendor maintenance Maintain pantry and common areas with care What You Bring: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent 2+ years in finance operations or bookkeeping Proficient in MS Excel; XERO experience is a plus Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player Comfortable in a startup or fast-paced setting If you're ready to grow with a team that values precision, initiative, and good vibes — we’d love to hear from you!
