BIM Modeller/ Manager

Responsibility: Build up company’s overall BIM capabilities Prepare, maintain and update of BIM execution plan and models Manage process of exchange and coordination of 3D model with consultants and client Manage BIM/ Revit setup, family, standards and protocol Manage technological collaboration between project team members Develop, discover, collect, share and manage processes, best practices and techniques of BIM/ REVIT/ other BIM tools Oversee Quality and Standards of BIM in the company Requirements: Diploma in Architecture and above min 3 years relevant experience in well-established architectural firms preferably Exposure in development projects (commercial, hotel, office, residential) Good Leadership, organization and communication skills Well-versed in MS Office, the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit Have strong proficiency in drafting software and have sufficient experience in submissions to various authorities Familiar with local drafting standard and authority submission requirement Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in high density housing and/or public housing Preferably Singaporean/ Singapore PR
