Architectural Assistant

About The Role You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team. Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations Requirements • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields • Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience preferred • Experience in Public Housing projects preferred • Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices • Conversant with local codes & regulations • Knowledge of Autocad, Revit • Good communication skills and positive attitude
