Architectural Executive

Responsibilities: · Supervision and coordination of projects/ project team through different project stages · Responsible for project costs and schedules · Involvement in design development · Incorporate codes, authority submissions, consultations · Contract administration and any other site operational and project management matters Desired Skills and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field (project management etc.) · Min. 3 years relevant working experience preferred. · Positive working attitude, self-motivated and passionate · Conversant with local building requirements and regulations · Good time management skills · Experience in high density housing and/or public housing · Due to need of local knowledge, only Singaporean/ Singapore PR preferred
