Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to manage software development and technology implementation projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Conduct project kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder review meetings. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans. Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, change requests, and project closure documents. Monitor resource utilization and coordinate with department heads for resource allocation. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Support pre-sales activities by providing project estimates, timelines, and implementation approaches when required. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes. Required Skills Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Trello, or similar. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience preparing project documentation and status reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification is an advantage. Experience working in software development or IT services organizations. Exposure to cloud technologies, AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects is a plus. Experience Requirements 2–5 years of experience in IT project management or project coordination.
