Job Summary To assist with the daily operation of the workshop. To ensure the smooth process of the workshop schedule, and the progress of the repair status. To maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Record incoming vehicle faults, take photos to post in the relevant WhatsApp group, and coordinate with mechanics Prepare repair quotations and liaise with the customer/person-in-charge Input the job card into the system, follow up on the repair status, and report to the manager Collate and process supplier invoices, recording, filing, and data entry Other Information Location: West Singapore 6 days per week, 8 am - 5 pm Please send your resume to WhatsApp number: 9687 9190 or email to: jenn@convinceauto.com.sg
