Manufacturing Technician

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing MNC specializing in packaging and delivery solutions for injectable drugs and healthcare products. We are seeking Production Technicians to support daily manufacturing operations, including production activities, quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and compliance with safety, quality, and SOP requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out daily production activities in accordance with established SOPs, safety, and quality requirements Perform in-process quality checks and escalate any abnormalities to the Production Lead or Supervisor Support accurate material system transactions and production documentation Perform first-level troubleshooting and follow established corrective action procedures where required Report safety hazards, production issues, and process abnormalities in a timely manner Participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives Support training activities and work closely with team members to maintain production standards Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP practices, work instructions, and company policies Requirements NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent Able to work on 12-hour (7:00am to 7:15pm / 7:00pm to 7:15am) rotating day and night shifts with Pitman 2-2-3 schedule No prior experience is required, as training will be provided Comfortable with prolonged standing, working in a cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environment Able to follow strict operating procedures and maintain high safety and quality standards How to Apply If you are interested, please submit your updated resume by clicking the Apply Now button.
