Roles & Responsibilities: HR Operations Oversight: Manage end-to-end HR services including payroll, onboarding, employee administration, and query resolution to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Process Optimisation & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, standardise processes, and implement automation initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach the HR operations team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment while building team capabilities Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to employment regulations, internal policies, and reporting standards, maintaining strong data integrity and controls. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver seamless and effective HR services. Key Requirements Recognised Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; HR certifications will be advantageous.
