Roles & Responsibilities Research Grant Development: Support stakeholders in identifying funding opportunities, strengthening grant pipelines, and improving grant application outcomes. Proposal Advisory & Grant Management: Guide stakeholders through pre-award and post-award processes, including proposal reviews, budgeting, compliance, and submission requirements. Research Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support interdisciplinary initiatives and collaborative funding opportunities. Capability Building & Funding Awareness: Organise workshops, engagement sessions, and training initiatives to enhance grant writing capabilities and awareness of funding schemes. Research Strategy & Operational Support: Maintain awareness of funding trends, policy developments, and strategic priorities while supporting research development initiatives across the organisation. Key Requirements Degree from a recognised university; postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
