Job Title: Community Intern Job-Type: Internship (3-6 months internship) Reports To: SG Marketing & Regional Creative Manager What you’ll be doing: Process Optimisation: Codify and improve the community management processes to ensure scalability, consistency and high-quality member experience. Members Insights: Establish a continuous feedback loop through surveys to identify and act on key drivers of members satisfaction. Digital Engagement & Community Support: Actively managing WhatsApp channel to disseminate event updates, coordinate logistics and provide responses to community-related questions. Community Events: End-to-end planning and execution of social events. Brand Partnerships: Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting, and negotiating to onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Negotiate mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals and strategies. Implement strategies to foster strong and enduring relationships with existing partners. Content Writing: Assist with writing blog recaps and event-related newsletters. Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the marketing team in staging properties and on-site marketing activations whenever needed. What makes you a great fit: Currently enrolled in the penultimate year of Bachelor’s program. Concentration related to real estate is a plus. Background or courses taken in operations or project management. Ability to speak and write in English fluently Familiarity with process management Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to implement ideas
