Revenue Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for a service-oriented and detail-driven Reservation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and pleasant booking experience from enquiry to confirmation. You will play an important part in optimizing room sales while delivering a high standard of personalized service. Key Responsibilities: Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner Process bookings accurately in the reservation system, ensuring all guest details and preferences are well captured Provide clear and engaging information on room categories, rates, promotions, and property facilities Proactively recommend suitable room options and upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue Monitor room availability and work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure optimal inventory management Manage reservation amendments, cancellations, and special requests with efficiency and care Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, rate structures, and market conditions Prepare and update reservation reports to support daily operations and forecasting Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service within hospitality Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS/CRS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Key Competencies: Guest-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communication and interpersonal skills Sales awareness and upselling ability Good time management and problem-solving skills
