As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team. Job Summary As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador of the company. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Provide effective solutions to customer concerns or escalate complex matters to relevant departments Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure a seamless customer journey Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures Uphold company values of integrity, professionalism, and service excellence at all times Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Positive attitude, resilience, and strong service orientation Fresh graduates are welcome to apply What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Career growth opportunities within a growing startup Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to sustainability-focused and technology-driven operations Training and professional development opportunities
