About this role

Key Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and outdoor sales activities. Conduct meetings to understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT and digital transformation solutions. Present and demonstrate the company's products and services professionally. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and project handover. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Advise clients on available government grants and funding programmes that support digitalisation initiatives. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of B2B corporate sales experience. Experience in IT solutions sales will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology sales are welcome to apply. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong hunting mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities. Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
