Key Responsibilities 1. IT Operations Management Manage daily IT operations and ensure business continuity. Oversee servers, networks, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues. Ensure IT services meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs). 2. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the IT team. Allocate resources and manage workloads. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement. 3. IT Strategy & Planning Develop annual IT roadmaps aligned with business goals. Recommend new technologies and digital transformation initiatives. Manage IT budgets and technology investments. Plan infrastructure upgrades and system enhancements. 4. Cybersecurity & Risk Management Implement cybersecurity policies and best practices. Monitor security incidents and coordinate incident response. Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery planning. Conduct risk assessments and security awareness training. 5. Vendor & Project Management Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance. Lead IT implementation projects from planning through deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 6. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures. Support internal and external audits. Manage software licensing and asset inventories. 7. Stakeholder Support Partner with department heads to understand business requirements. Provide technology recommendations to improve productivity. Communicate project progress and IT performance to senior management. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience 5–8 years of IT experience. At least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Experience managing infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT projects.
