Quantity Surveyor - Project

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing cost estimations, financial projections, and managing contractor payment claims and final accounts. They also evaluate tender submissions, verify market rates, and handle contract documentation for employer representatives. Candidates must possess a relevant Degree or Diploma and preferably be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. A minimum of 3 continuous years of relevant working experience is required.
