QA/QC Engineer (Civil & Infrastructure)

ABOUT US Custera O&M Pte. Ltd. specializes in operations and maintenance of civil and infrastructure assets, including rail tunnels, viaducts, and underground structures in Singapore. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality compliance at our project sites. Fresh graduates with a relevant engineering diploma or degree are welcome to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor and verify that all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Project Quality Plan - Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports(NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with site teams - Prepare and submit Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and material submissions - Arrange and coordinate concrete testing, material testing, and authority submissions - Maintain quality records, registers, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements - Support internal and external quality audits REQUIREMENTS - Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification - Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications or internship experience are welcome to apply - Meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong in documentation - Good coordination and communication skills with site teams and consultants WHAT WE OFFER - Exposure to civil and infrastructure projects in Singapore - Supportive team environment with career development opportunities - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Annual leave, medical benefits, and statutory entitlements per Employment Act
