Workplace Safety & Health Officer (Wsho)

ABOUT US Custera O&M Pte. Ltd. specialises in operations and maintenance of civil and infrastructure assets, including rail tunnels, viaducts, and underground structures in Singapore. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a registered WSHO to oversee and enforce WSH compliance at our civil infrastructure project sites. The role covers implementation of WSH management systems, safety inspections, training, incident management, and ISO/bizSAFE certification support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implement and maintain WSH Management Systems in accordance with MOM, LTA, and project-specific requirements - Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with safe work procedures - Lead incident/accident investigations and implement corrective measures - Conduct WSH refresher training and toolbox meetings - Coordinate bizSAFE accreditation and ISO9001/14001/45001 certification programmes - Prepare WSH documentation, safety records, and regulatory reports REQUIREMENTS - Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety& Health Officer - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience incivil or infrastructure construction - Able to assume duties of an Environmental Control Officer (ECO) - Sound knowledge of WSH Act, Construction Safety Regulations, and MOM requirements - Experience in risk assessments, method statement reviews, and site audits - Experience with rail tunnel or MRT-related projects is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER - Exposure to high-profile rail and civil infrastructure projects - Competitive salary commensurate with experience and MOM registration - Annual leave, medical benefits, and statutory entitlements per Employment Act
