Quantity Surveyor (Office & Site Based | Civil & Infrastructure)

ABOUT US Custera O&M Pte. Ltd. specialises in operations and maintenance of civil and infrastructure assets, including rail tunnels, viaducts, and underground structures in Singapore. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Office-Based Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, cost monitoring, and commercial reporting for our civil infrastructure projects. Fresh graduates with a QS or Civil Engineering diploma/degree are welcome. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare and manage project cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts - Monitor project costs and highlight variances and commercial risks - Prepare and submit monthly cost reports in coordination with site and commercial teams - Review and verify progress claims, variations, and subcontractor submissions - Carry out quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost assessments - Assist in tender evaluation and cost comparison analysis - Maintain accurate cost records, trackers, and commercial registers REQUIREMENTS - Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply - High proficiency in MS Excel - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the incumbent will regularly liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. This is a genuine occupational requirement incompliance with MOM TGFEP.
