About the Role Our client is a global technology company with operations spanning multiple regions. They are looking for an IT Regional Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between regional business teams and global IT functions. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of local operations and global IT strategy, making it an excellent opportunity for a technically grounded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Build and sustain strong working relationships with regional business stakeholders and multiple IT function teams, serving as the dedicated point of contact for your assigned region Engage with local support resources to ensure technological health is maintained in alignment with global IT strategy Act as the key escalation contact for critical IT incidents and emerging issues within your region, coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and timely stakeholder communication Partner closely with local teams during production validation testing to verify that new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards prior to rollout Manage and coordinate local IT resources to support the execution of global IT initiatives and programmes Collaborate as an active member of a global IT team, contributing to cross-regional projects and continuous improvement efforts Monitor regional IT performance and proactively identify risks or gaps in technology operations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in IT systems management and IT service delivery, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams concurrently Working knowledge of network infrastructure, IT systems architecture, and general principles of system development and product design Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends and public holidays when operational needs arise If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
