Installation & Services Technician

Job brief 1. We are looking for a thorough Installation and Services Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of F & B equipment. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, servicing, troubleshooting, etc. 2. An installation & services Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. 3. The goal is to maintain the installation of the product and after-sales services and lease equipment in the best possible condition. Responsibilities 1. Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems. 2. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests. 3. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. 4. Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. 5. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. 6. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. 7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. 8. Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Requirements 1. Proven experience as Installation and Services Technician 2. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems 3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods 4. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices 5. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills 6. Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime 7. Electronics Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information, Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management, Informing Others 8. Holding Driving License Class 3 (with actual driving experience) 9. Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor'sDegree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent. 10. Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates) 11. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 12.
