Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead construction projects through all phases from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to optimize project execution Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress Monitor project milestones and progress to ensure timely delivery and address delays proactively Manage project costs, variations, and claims to maintain budget control and financial accuracy Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements to uphold safety standards Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and management for informed decision-making Oversee site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality Ensure all quality standards and project specifications are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience managing construction projects Proven experience managing building, infrastructure, LTA, or industrial projects Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications [None explicitly stated in the original JD] Other Information Salary & Benefits Package Salary Range: SGD 5,500 – SGD 8,500 per month (commensurate with experience) Annual performance bonus based on company and project performance Medical and insurance benefits Annual leave entitlement Transport / mobile allowance (where applicable) Career progression opportunities within the organisation Working Hours 5 or 5.5-day work week depending on project requirements Interested candidates are to submit their updated resume with details of relevant project experience, qualifications, and expected salary to evonong@davyomega.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
